Video Recording Required – Mandatory for all defect claims

Fabric feel (unstitched suits)

Why Video Recording is Required:
To protect both you and us from fraud, we require unboxing video evidence for all exchange requests related to defects or damage.
How to Record an Unboxing Video:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Start Recording BEFORE Opening – Begin recording before you open the package
- Show Package Condition – Record all sides of the sealed package
- Show Shipping Label – Clearly show order number and shipping label
- Open Package Slowly – Keep camera recording while opening
- Show Product Clearly – Display the product from all angles
- Zoom into Defect – If there’s a defect, zoom in and show it clearly
- Keep Recording Until End – Don’t stop recording until fully unpacked
Important:
- Video must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
- Video must be clear and well-lit
- All labels, tags, and packaging must be visible
- Record in horizontal/landscape mode for better clarity
Claims Without Video Will Be REJECTED
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Exchange
- Unboxing Video (upload to Google Drive/Dropbox and share link)
- Clear photos of the defect/damage
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
If Approved:
- We’ll send you a replacement product
- You must return the original product
If Rejected:
- We’ll explain the reason
- No exchange will be processed
Step 3: Return the Product
Once approved:
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Keep all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- We’ll provide return pickup details or shipping address

Conditions for Exchange
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
In original packaging
With all tags and labels attached
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by an unboxing video
Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will NOT be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items CANNOT be exchanged under any circumstances:
- Products on Sale/Clearance (Final Sale)
- Customized or Made-to-Order products
- Products purchased from third-party sellers
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products without an unboxing video (for defect claims)
